I have acted for hundreds of property investors in commercial and retail property acquisitions. I conduct thorough due diligence on the properties being purchased and ensure that my clients are aware of their many obligations under legislature to provide a safe place for tenants to work in. I also advise my clients on their obligations under body corporate legislation and how to manage disputes which arise under that legislation.
